We are looking for Legal Assistants to join our expanding Road Traffic Accident Department. 

The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with excellent communication skills and impeccable attention to detail. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and award winning law firm in Wilmslow, Cheshire.

We are in search of applicants who display a 'can do' attitude, will be comfortable dealing with telephone queries from clients and external agencies and will excel when working as part of a team.

There will be opportunity to progress for the right candidate as Bott and Co offer opportunities to train and qualify as a Legal Executive / Legal Secretary. 

The Legal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Dealing with both inbound and outbound telephone calls, providing clear advice and support to Clients, Insurers, Solicitors, Courts and more
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support for Fee Earning staff 
  • Liaising with external agencies and suppliers
  • Preparing and modifying documents including correspondence, E-mails, Counsel instructions
  • Preparing Court documentation


Previous experience of the RTA Claims Process and working in a law firm is preferred but not essential. If you have worked in an inbound customer service role this would be beneficial. Training will be provided in accordance with business needs.
