Brief Description of Role:

Kennedys are seeking a Legal Administrator to join the Fraud team on a 6 month fixed term contract within the Manchester office.

Some responsibilies include:

  • To set up new files accurately and speedily on instruction.
  • To assist with postal duties in the morning and in an evening.
  • To undertake file closure and archiving when required.
  • To deal accurately with filing - storage and retrieval of client files in line with the department's filing system and locating missing files.
  • To carry out local by hand deliveries.
  • To deal with administrative requirements in relation to files for all members of the team.

  • Confident in their own abilities and in their approach.
  • Team player.
  • To be approachable and responsive to both colleagues and clients.
  • To be accountable and straightforward.
