We are looking for an experienced Legal Administrator to join an award-winning law firm in Manchester to support Fee Earners within various departments.

Duties:

  • Booking meetings
  • Opening / closing files
  • Prepare presentations
  • Answer telephone queries
  • Photocopying / printing / scanning
  • Monitor post and emails
  • Draft correspondences
  • Data input
  • Arrange client meetings
  • Type urgent/short/confidential correspondence and emails
  • Assist fee earners in the billing and credit control process

Person Specifications:

  • Accurate typing of at least 60 wpm
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Excellent communication, organisational and team skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Flexible and dependable, able to take the initiative
  • Work under pressure
