Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a key client with an urgent business requirement. We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator on a Temporary basis to help support the team through an extremely busy period.

The role will be for a period of 3 months with a potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
-Maintain and deliver the onboarding process
-Providing a complete administration service to the L&D team in relation to all in-house and external training courses
-Being the first point of contact for all employees wanting to book training courses
-Providing support for eLearning, including providing system access, password re-sets, producing reports, and reviewing the completion of mandatory courses
-Management of training event materials, joining instructions and distribution of pre-course work and evaluation
-Management of evaluation data for attendees and cancellations of learning events
-Providing administrative support
-Supporting the collection of data and budget management activities
-Maintaining online learning systems ensuring all information is accurate and up to date

Key Skills:
-Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
-Proven experience in a similar role
-Good administration skills
-Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Office
