We are looking for a proactive and confident person to come and join our newly formed Learning and Development administration team!
As part of the Learning and Development team at The Wilf Ward Family Trust, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning and booking of training for all employees, as well as working alongside the People Administration Team in ensuring new employees have a smooth and enjoyable transition into the Trust.
As you will be working with a number of different stakeholders on a day to day basis, you must be able to demonstrate personal responsibility and initiative in all aspects of the role. You must have the ability to prioritise workloads and keep to tight deadlines.
Experience in Learning and Development is not essential, but a desire to learn with a strong administration background would be preferred, if this sounds like you then we would love to hear from you.

Successful candidates at this stage will be invited to an interview on Wednesday 18th March.
