About the Role


Joining them as Key Account Co-ordinator, you will deliver customer service excellence to a number of key vendors across the Remarketing division, ensuring full delivery of contractually agreed service levels.


Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders within all aspects of the auction process, you will act as an escalation point for key vendors and act as a conduit between Account Managers or branches. You will receive, process and monitor collection requests from their vendors and co-ordinate and monitor interbranch movements of vehicles. Creating and maintaining vendor accounts on the auction system, you will load and allocate feeds received via the CDMS Menu and produce vehicle updates and reports for centralised key vendor accounts.


About You


If you are self-driven and results focused then they would love to hear from you! All that they ask is that you have a background in customer service or experience in a desk based account management role and have excellent interpersonal skills to allow you to work well at all levels. With a high level of business acumen, you will display strong influencing and delegation skills and have a good attention to detail.
