Junior Office Administrator

We are currently looking for a new team member to take responsibility of all our digital forms from checking existing ones to create new ones for our clients and helping customer support team when necessary.
In this role; exceptional attention to detail, willingness to learn, being very organised, and being adaptable are absolutely essential.

+ Attention to detail; You’re able to catch even the smallest mistakes
+ Moving fast with minimal/no errors
+ Technological and determined to learn new things quickly
+ Organizing and prioritising
+ Writing

What you'll do:

The daily responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to:

+ Learn different systems, softwares we use
+ Check digital forms for any mistakes
+ Create new digital forms for clients and different industries
+ Completing varied research projects
+ Help customer support team when necessary
+ Write a blog (at least a first draft) when necessary
+ Other duties as required

+ Adobe Photoshop, InDesign or similar (Basic level would be a benefit)
