We are looking for a Junior IT Sales Executive to join a Bingley-based IT support company on a permanent basis. Our client is a leader in its field, and is looking for strong candidates with outgoing personalities and a good technical knowledge.
The Role:
• You will be contacting potential customers to sell the company’s products and services, and to arrange sales meetings.
• Preparing quotations for PCs and Servers.
• Updating customer records and maintenance of records.
• Discussing IT related problems with customers.
• Preparation of sales plan and regular reporting against plan.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.
The Candidate:
• Confidence and a natural ability to sell are essential.
• Experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Knowledge of PC systems, structures, operating systems and software.
• Knowledge of Servers, network structures, operating systems and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• A clean UK driving license is essential, as this role involves travel to visit clients.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm with some overtime required depending on workload.
Salary: Circa £15,000 depending on experience.
