Anson McCade is currently looking to hire highly capable IT Resourcers/Market Researchers to work alongside Senior Consultants to cope with our continually increasing workload.  We are only looking for exceptional individuals who want to take advantage of uncapped commission, excellent training and career progression to match.    This is a sales based role where you will continually be expected to use your own initiative to meet and exceed targets.  We are preferred suppliers to a range of major blue chip organisations, primarily management consultancies and financial institutions, so you must have the ability to act as an effective intermediary between client and candidate. Intelligence, professionalism and excellent communication skills are crucial.   Whilst ours is a competitive, professional environment where you will need to work hard in order to establish your own network and develop your business, you will also need to have a strong, well balanced, politically incorrect sense of humour to enjoy the working environment.

We identify the best candidates for our Clients through a mix of advertising, networking and headhunting therefore the role will require you to be involved in the 360 degree process of Recruitment. Cold calling plays an essential part in this and is the most challenging and rewarding part of this role, in all senses! 

IT knowledge and a sales background is NOT essential, though certainly advantageous.  What is essential is your ability to manage yourself effectively as only the most self motivated and determined of individuals succeed in this highly competitive industry. 

In return will receive:

• Excellent remuneration comprising of basic salary with a sliding commission structure dependent on this (£16 - £30k - Negotiable)
• Excellent bonus/commission scheme - Uncapped (Realistic OTE £50k in 1st year, £80k in 2nd year and 6 figure after!)
• Basic salary increase upon meeting targets
