Description
My client based in Wakefield are looking to recruit a temporary Helpdesk Support officer tom undertake the following duties. Candidates will be required to take 1st/2nd line support calls on our clients IT Helpdesk. This will require: Excellent customer service skills The ability to interpret and log customer IT faults. The skills necessary to provide PC support. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Internet solutions, and corporate ICT infrastructures Ability to work effectively with users and team members. To be able to work on own initiative Effective consultation and negotiation skills including report writing skills.
