About the Role
Joining us as IT Administrative Assistant, you will work across the whole organisation and help the IT Manager to ensure the effective and efficient supply of IT products and services to the business. You will also assist with the administration of IT financial activity, the administration and stewardship of the lifecycle of all IT hardware and software assets and various administrative duties across the breadth of the scope of the IT department.
What we’re looking for…
We’re looking for a highly organised individual with excellent administration skills, a keen eye for detail and diligence for numbers and written documentation. You will be a strong team player and have good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel to Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) standard, ECDL or equivalent. Experience of purchase order processes and procurement along with an understanding of financial concepts such as accruals and prepayments is also essential.
If you are educated to GCSE standard at grade C (4/5) in Maths and English (or equivalent) and have experience of working in, or with, and IT department with exposure to the supply of IT services, then we want to hear from you!
