 Invoice Administrator

Full time, Monday to Friday, 37.5 - 42.5 hour week

Snodland, Kent

Big Motoring World Group is an expanding dealer group that is going from strength to strength and is looking to employ an Invoice Administrator to provide a key support function across the Transport and Parts teams at our Snodland Branch. The role will require a flexible service between these two elements and as such will provide a varied workload. You will have the ability to plan and organise your own workload and deliver an accurate, timely and professional service. You will utilise many ICT systems and software applications so excellent IT skills including Word and Excel, are required plus the ability to multi-task. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is consistently accurate and has the capability to work under pressure to deliver a busy and diverse workload to tight deadlines.

Main tasks

  •         To use our bespoke stock and invoicing system to log invoices for both Transport and Parts departments
  •          Adding vehicle stock to the dealer management system
  •          Entering parts onto the system and invoicing off jobs
  •          Checking and verifying Good Received Notes
  •          Dealing with queries and proactively getting these resolved
  •          Any vehicle admin duties associated with the role
  •          Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

Person specification

  •         The ability to use Microsoft Excel confidently and effectively
  •          Capacity for accurate data entry
  •          Good communicative skills (oral and written)
  •          Strong organisational skills and able to work without supervision
  •          Honesty and integrity
  •          Demonstrates a flexible approach to work that is focused on “getting the job done”
  •          Team player
  •          Experienced administrator/invoice clerk (desirable)
