Job Description
Main Objective of Position
The Operations department contributes to this companies overall success by the fulfilment of distributor orders in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. All ancillary activities related to the 'forecast to fulfilment' continue to support this goal. Reporting to Supply Chain and Inventory Manager, this position performs a variety of clerical duties around the operations of warehousing and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- JDE inventory administration
- Monitoring inventory accuracy in warehouses vs JDE
- Investigating Inventory discrepancies
- JDE Inventory adjustments: SKU reclass, location/lot control, unfulfilled sales, etc
- Cycle counts monitoring and processing
- Receiving in-bound shipments internationally
- Processing inventory transfers between EU warehouses
- Member returns processing
- Out of stock control and item availability settings monitoring in BSI
- Weekly Supply Chain out of stock and item available reporting
- Warehouse support with daily stock issues
- Member Services Team support on daily enquiries
- Monitoring short-shipments and processing auto-ship replacement orders
- Processing MRF orders and request forms
- New SKU set up and BSI settings, promo go-life testing support
- Assisting Supply Chain Manager on ad hoc projects
UK Will Call
- Replenishment, cycle count, returns processing
- Processing monthly staff orders and reporting departmental and staff allowance

- Ability to prioritise tasks and multitasking
- Good awareness of the deadlines
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken (English)
- Occasional manual handling / lifting involved
- Ability to work occasional weekends and later hours
- Ability to travel within Europe
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
Education & Experience
Essential
- JDE knowledge
- Excel intermediate to advanced user (Pivot tables, Macros)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
Desirable
- Experience in Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain
- One additional European language would be advantageous

The offices are currently closed to non-essential staff due to the COVID-19 pandemic and current lockdown. Interview processes are conducted remotely at this time and all on-boarding is remote as well
