INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – LEEDS – UP TO £19K + BONUS

Our client is one of the market leaders within the generator service industry. They are forward thinking and engage in lifelong careers with their employees. Due to natural growth within the company, they are now recruiting an ambitious Internal Sales Representative to work within their head office in Leeds.

The Role:

As the Internal Sales Representative you will be responsible for new business enquiries, dealing with quotations and delivering excellent customer service:

  • Manage relationships, dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Develop any opportunities that arise, converting initial interest into sales
  • Learn the portfolio and understand the prices, engaging with the customer in negotiations which are mutually beneficial to the company and customer
  • Ensure you are chasing the quotes in an effective manner, staying in control of the sales process
  • Liaise with the appropriate departments ensuring the customer is always up to date  
  • Pro- actively seek new business by using data already on record, this can include dormant clients and prospective customers
  • Deal with administration and inputting all information on the system

The Person:

You will be an ambitious individual, striving to create new business and maintain long standing relationships. As an internal sales representative, you will act as an ambassador for the company, working to the best of your ability.
