Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a market leading Manufacturing business, whom are based in Sheffield, with the recruitment of an exciting new opportunity of Internal Sales Executive to join their Customer Service/Commercial team.
The successful professional will demonstrate a proactive, forward thinking approach to delivering customer service to key clients, alongside prospecting new clients using a thorough market led approach, to increase warm sales opportunities. You will join a long-standing team of 3 direct peers alongside 2 field based, who can offer support and product knowledge, enabling you to thrive in the role.

*Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our products and product benefits *Fact finding, and market mapping to find out the commercial information needed *Documenting finding through the CRM database with clear, detailed knowledge *Working alongside with the Technical Business Development Managers *Go the extra mile to please and impress customers *During Busy periods you will help support wider team with: oPreparing customer quotations (Training provided) oTake and process orders in an accurate and effective manner
*Ability to build a rapport with stakeholders and clients alike *Proven experience as within sales and a customer service role *Ability to manage own workload *Proven track record for generating new business *Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects *Excellent knowledge of English *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
