Optima Products Ltd employs over 100 people, designing, manufacturing and distributing an extensive range of Optima branded partitioning systems from a 5-acre site in Radstock, near Bath. Our award-winning products are used in high quality interior fit-outs of commercial office space, generally for blue chip clients, throughout the world.
We now have a vacancy for an Internal Account Manager to join us to deliver high quality customer service levels to contracting partners and dealers.
Carrying out the timely and accurate processing of customer orders in line with company policy and procedures, you will highlight circumstances commercially and contractually that may expose the company to undue risk and liaise with other departments to ensure deliveries leave on time and in full.
Dealing with export administration including but not limited to: working with Freight Forwarders, UK Chamber of Commerce, Export documents, product labelling, you must adhere to minimum customer service standards whilst always working towards exceeding customer expectations at each contact; acting as an interface between the business and the customer to become the internal advocate for customers.
With the ability to multitask and manage a busy workload, you must have the ability to work well as part of a team and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal are required, and you should have a calm nature when investigating solutions to issues that may arise. A good level of IT literacy is essential.
