Our client is a rapidly expanding recruitment business with exciting and ambitious plans for continued growth. They seek an experienced interim CFO who can assist with a significant acquisition, liaise with debt funding providers, can lead the integration of the combined businesses and then support preparation of a subsequent transaction.

The CFO will work closely with the Board and management team and be responsible for the finance function and all financial matters across the business. The start date is likely to be late September

Essential skills/experience
- Suitably qualified Accountant with track record of Board involvement
- Experience of the recruitment industry
- Familiar with raising debt, negotiating terms etc
- Experience of leading businesses through transactions/exits/IPO
- Strong technical and governance skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of operating across international boundaries

The CFO will be required to spend the majority of his or her time in London, though some remote work will be available.
