My client is a large UK Insurance company, which offers a wide range of both Commercial and Personal Lines insurance products. They have a vacancy for a highly talented Insurance Sales Manager / Insurance Manager with a proven track record for increasing operational profits. We are looking for exceptional business development skills as well as outstanding man-management and motivational skills. The ideal candidate will be Graduates with proven management and business development experience within the Insurance arena. We would also like to hear from applicants with either management experience within Financial Services or Banking, who have General Insurance product knowledge. The successful Insurance Sales Manager / Insurance Manager will be responsible for running their own insurance business / brokerage by consultatively advising on a wide range of general insurance products. These range from car, home and contents insurance to a suite of commercial products aimed at the business sector, as well as products such as risk management and financial services.You will need to be able to map out your activities in a business plan and communicate this to colleagues and staff in order to get their buy in on your vision. Required Skills Developing new commercial and industrial general insurance business Plan, implement and manage marketing and sales campaigns with clear processes to monitor all results Develop strategies for cross selling all products with existing customer Plan and manage operational budgets and financial performances Mentor and agree all staff KPIs in order to maximise on their skills and abilities with on-going development programmes Proven management and business development track record with outstanding customer service standards within the Financial Services, Banking or Insurance markets Experience of managing within FSA regulated sales business sectors FPC, CII, ACII or similar Financial Services or Insurance qualificatios Blue Arrow is one of the UK`s largest recruitment businesses, dedicated to providing bespoke staffing solutions through a network of over 80 specialist branches and on-site locations.
