This employer is looking to recruit an Installation Co-ordinator. Despite uncertain times, they are a business that has a bright future and are continuing to grow and progress.

You will need to effectively organise the installations teams ensuring all diaries are up to date and accurate.

This role is ideal for a candidate who is highly organised, proactive, IT proficient and has had previous experience in Co-ordinator role. You will be working alongside the Engineers suppliers and management staff to ensure all customer appointments are scheduled and any queries or quotes are followed up, whilst managing customer expectation via telephone and email at all times.

Role includes:
- Arranging the supply of equipment to site
- Organising installation diaries/teams
- Scheduling Engineering appointments
- DNO applications
- Planning application
- Project managing new Sales orders
- Dealing with customers questions
- After sales satisfaction
- Handover information
- System registration
- Preparing and following up quotations and proposals
- Placing orders with suppliers
- Updating customer records on CRM - training will be given
- Preparing paperwork and maintenance documentation and ensuring all admin is kept up to date

Essential Requirements:
- Passionate about offering excellent customer service
- Have a can-do attitude
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Lead by example
- Very organised
- Have very good time management
- Be able to work under pressure

A pleasant outgoing personality is essential as the right candidate will need to liaise across all internal departments, as well as with customers and suppliers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 to £22,000.00 /year depending on experience (reviewed after 3-month probation)
On-site Parking - 9:00 - 5:30pm - Monday to Friday
