Insolvency Administrator - Exeter

Salary: £20k-£25k depending on experience.

The Company

Our client is the UK's leading Corporate Rescue and Recovery practice, providing both personal and corporate insolvency services nationwide.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Insolvency Administrator to join a team of insolvency professionals in our client's Exeter office. The candidate will be responsible for undertaking both personal and corporate casework and ensuring all statutory requirements are met.

Role Responsibilities:

• Liaising with agents and solicitors associated with the cases.
• Preparation of statutory paperwork and other legal documents.
• Aiding in the preparation of documents for banks and other financial institutions.
• Assisting with the disposal of assets, collection of debts and the distribution of funds.
• Drafting correspondence to creditors and other interested parties on request.
• Negotiating with both creditor and debtors.
• Undertaking investigations into assets as required.


Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work at all levels.
• Ability to adapt to different situations.
• 2 years + experience of working in Insolvency.
