A Midlands leading Pay to Play Gaming and Amusement machine supplier are recruiting for a Sales Executive / Internal Sales Exec / Telesales / Account Executive based in the Midlands (Staffordshire / Derbyshire), salary circa £18k-£20k, with OTE of £23K, + other benefits including Pension scheme and Health insurance after a qualifying period.

Our client is a Staffordshire / Derbyshire based, leading supplier of pay to play gaming and amusement machines
They are now looking for an Indoor Sales Executive, to be based at the companies base in Burton Upon Trent, Staffordshire, selling via the telephone to a range of customers whose core markets include single site operators who supply to pub retail operations, Adult Gaming Centres, Family Entertainment Centres, Amusement Arcades, Bingo Halls and other distributors.
This is an extremely fast moving environment and the successful candidate will need to be proactive and persistent for sales, whilst balancing relationship building, account development and identifying new business opportunities and new prospects.
The role will involve a mixture of Telesales New Business prospecting, Telesales Account Management of current customers and General administration and account planning. Thus the role will involve outbound telesales, inbound telesales, telesales marketing campaign, prospecting and cold calling and general call account management. A mixture of Pro-active and reactive telesales.
Your key responsibilities will include selling equipment to meet sales targets in terms of quantity and profitability, developing tele-sales marketing campaigns and initiatives, proactively identifying and developing new prospects and dormant accounts, working closely with Field based Sales team, working closely with credit control team, gathering competitor and market information, maintaining customer records on CRM, attending sales meetings and debtor meetings, attendance at main trade exhibitions when required, plus other duties and responsibilities associated with an Internal Sales executive role.
This sales role requires a person with previous Telesales ability.
B2B sales experience.
Strong communication skills and a clear, articulate, confident and comfortable telephone manner.
Flexible and customer focussed with a professional manner and positive attitude.
Organised, accurate and responsible, with a detailed approach to workload.
Good inter personal skills.
IT / Computer literate, Strong Knowledge of Excel essential, Outlook and Sage CRM Desirable.
Experience of the products and industry would be ideal, but not essential.
Current Driving License
Internal Sales Executive, based Burton Upon Trent, Staffs / Derbyshire. Salary of £18k- £20k basic, £23k OTE, + good range of additional benefits.
