Our client based in Bishops Cleeve are currently looking for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to start on the 13th February.

Though advertised as temporary, these roles will all be long term with the company offering a contract direct with themselves after 3 months through Blue Arrow.

This role is full time and interviews are taking place the beginning of February. The hours of work would be Monday - Friday, 7.5 hour shifts between 8am and 8pm on rota, plus one in four Saturday mornings will be required working between 9am and 1pm.

The role will be dealing with inbound client queries from customers with existing products. You will need to be able to demonstrate high levels of Customer Service, have a confident and articulate telephone manner, ability to work to targets and deadlines and have previous experience within a Call Centre environment.

Based in a fantastic location, Starbucks and canteen on site, full product training given, this really is a great place to work!! Free bus pass available within Cheltenham & the 94 bus from Gloucester.

This company is a financial services company so successful candidates will be subjected to a credit check, criminal record check and 3 years referencing due to the sensitive nature of the information handled daily.
