IFA Administrator - Leicester
Salary is negotiable - circa £20,000 depending on experience and qualifications
Our client is a pro-active fee-based IFA firm based in Leicester and they are currently looking for an enthusiastic IFA Administrator.
The successful candidate will be joining a truly Holistic Wealth Management Advice team.
Ideally they are looking for someone who has 3-5 years' experience working in the financial services industry and a candidate who has some qualifications which would lead to the Certificate in Financial Planning.
To be successful you must have knowledge of investment, pensions and protection products.
RoleMust be able to perform administrative duties e.g. preparation of paperwork for new clients, dealing with customer queries and be confident to speak to product providers.
Other general admin duties would include sending emails, answering telephone calls, scanning etc.
The successful candidate should also be able to process new business from start to finish in a compliantly way.
Knowledge of Intelligent Office software, IRESS and Truth would be a great advantage but not essential.
Annual leave - 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Hours of work8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Friday.
