Description

As a HR Service Consultant you will be expected to manage sickness and absence policies for a large workforce, Manage grievance, conduct and performance issues in line with the disciplinary policy and support the Admin / Recruitment teams where required. You will ideally be CIPD part / fully qualified and experienced within engineering / manufacturing or commercial Human Resources. You will hold the skills to enable you to develop / build strong relationships with candidates, suppliers, trade unions and the client, which will result in exceeding their expectations and meeting business and personal KPIs. MS Office knowledge is essential, this role will involve travel between client premises, you will have a full UK Driving licence and access to transport during your working day.
