Sytner Group has a rare and exciting opportunity for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join our fun and vibrant team based at our modern Head Office, close to Fosse Park in South Leicester.
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills and has the ability to work on their own initiative. You must be highly organised and have excellent administrative skills.
This is a varied and interesting role, where you will be responsible for a range of HR & Recruitment administrative duties including the generation of employment contracts, offer letters and HR reporting. You will also play a pivotal role in providing administrative support in the recruitment process, by screening CVs, producing psychometric testing and conducting telephone interviews.
