Ebor Academy Trust is a growing family of schools based across York, North Yorkshire, Hull and the East Riding. Due to our growth, we are now looking to recruit an HR / Payroll Systems Administrator to work in our small, friendly HR team.
In the role, you will ensure that the Trust’s HR/ Payroll system is maintained to accurately reflect the Trust’s staffing structure and ensure that staff are always paid correctly.
Your main focus will be inputting information onto the HR/ payroll system, creating and amending post and staff information as well as generating letters and contracts of employment, producing reports and providing first line support on the system to all Trust staff. Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the Payroll Manager in monthly and annual payroll processing duties.

With a good general level of education, including maths and English to level 2, you will have substantial experience of maintaining complex databases, preferably including either HR or payroll systems work, and a determination to achieve perfection. Good customer service and administration skills are a must, along with strong IT acumen.
