HR Officer - Coburns Recruitment

My client an Engineering firm based in North Manchester is looking to recruit a well organised, highly motivated, HR Officer with excellent administration skills to join their busy team.

The HR Officer will ideally have up to date knowledge of employment legislation, payroll administration experience, recruitment processes and ideally CIPD qualified.

Working in a unionised environment you will be involved in liaising with Union Reps and Managers and ideally you should have several years experience of a similar role working in a manufacturing or engineering background.

You will have experience in the following:

• Generalist HR service to support to Managers
• Disciplinary and grievances in line with company procedures

• Producing accurate statistical information and data
  
  

You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills; confidence in your ability to anticipate what is needed; flexibility and ability to use initiative.
