HR Manager - London

Fixed Term Contract

Salary: 30-35K per annum (pro rata)

The company

Our client is a content company working in Production, Post production, Adaptation and Digital Asset Management for brands and agencies, with offices in Central London, Majorca, Kiev, Cape Town & Sydney.
They are looking to appoint an HR Manager (fixed term contract 3 months) as soon as possible.

The Role

Ideally you are a hands-on, CIPD studying/qualified individual with experience in media/advertising and have experience in running / managing an HR department with all its tasks.
Next to general HR Manager tasks you will have the following key responsibilities:
Document and create master database file
Run an audit of our files / policies and identify gaps
For gaps found - help collate the information missing, lead on drafting policies from scratch (i.e. Mat/Pat), or update/refresh the policies we have in place
Pick up collating the company handbook / get it finalised and shared
Document and communicate out new benefits

Requirements

Studying / part or fully CIPD qualified
Experience in General HR Manager tasks
Experience in writing and refreshing policies
Employment law knowledge a plus
Great organisational skills
