Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a key client based in Barnsley, who are looking for some temporary support for their HR Team.

The successful candidate must be immediately available to start. The HR Assistant role will be for a period of 6 Months with a view to potentially be extended.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the new starter and leaver processes
-Manage the HR Inbox, answering enquiries or escalating where appropriate
-Manage contract and relationship with third party contacts such as pensions, occupational health, health benefit providers and legal services.
-Provide administration and advisory support to line managers with the absence management process, and liaise with employees who are absent due to sickness
-Support managers with disciplinary investigations and hearings
-Provide daily HR support and administration to employees and managers across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including family leave, wellbeing, and performance management

Key Skills:
-1 years+ Experience in a similar HR role
-Experience of working in a fast paced environment to deadlines
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong communicator
- Ability to work autonomously, or as part of a team
- Effective Time Management Skills
