Our Client are recognised as a true market leader within the plant hire industry throughout the UK. 

The role of the HR Advisor is plays a huge part within the business. 

This position would suit an individual with strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently with an organised and methodical approach. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to tactfully deal with sensitive and challenging situations with confidence and resilience. The role will be based at head office in West Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a true HR advisors position.

The job: 

  • Act as a first line advisor in the resolution of grievance, disciplinary matters and employee relations.
  • Provide coaching relating to company HR processes to line managers.
  • Ensure all HR practices, advice and guidance provided to management and key stakeholders are aligned with the business strategy.
  • Producing accurate and timely reports to the business
  • Proactively advise on business improvements where required.
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Maintain and input data into the HR CRM
  • Assist with payroll

The Ideal candidate

  • Will have a hands on approach
  • Will have experience with SHEQ
  • Will have experience with CRM
  • WIll be a competant HR Advisor
