The company organises its client service and support by trading division in order to ensure appropriate and tailored service and product to meet the needs of its customers. The trading divisions comprise Commercial Community, Private Clients, Healthcare and Protection, Real Estate and a number of specialisms including Lloyds, Medical Malpractice and International business.

This is a new role within a busy HR team and provides an excellent opportunity for someone keen to further develop their HR skills and experience. There are a number of significant projects currently underway in the team and it will be a key aspect of the role to work closely with the HR Director in the development and delivery of these projects. The role will work to support both operational and strategic projects in the delivery of the key HR initiatives.

In conjunction with the HR Director ensure employee communications regarding the on-going development and delivery of projects is well planned and engaging.
