Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a leading Manufacturing site based in Goole; who are looking to bring on board an experienced Administrator. This role is to help support the HR and Payroll teams through an extremely busy period.

The successful candidate must be immediately available to start. HR/Payroll experience is NOT required although strong administration skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Day to day preparation & input of data for payroll production
* Joiner & Leaver administration
* Absence management & recording
* Point of contact for requests & queries with external organisations
* Provision of management information, KPIs, etc
* Review & maintain accurate process documents & flowcharts
* Maintain controls appropriate to the function of the department
* Provide support to the provision of Corporate Mobile Phones to employees
* Will be required to assist in other tasks as necessary within the Payroll / HR Teams

Key Skills:
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Knowledge of HR activities & processes and their impact / linkage to a payroll environment
* Advanced level of Excel experience essential to support data analysis
* Able to produce exceptionally accurate work within stringent & conflicting deadlines
*Highly numerate and PC literate, experienced in Microsoft Office packages
