An excellent opportunity has now arisen for a Housing Administrator to join them in Bristol.

 

Within this role, you will complete all pre-move out, move out and move in inspections and complete Void inspections as required.  You will raise follow up works from all building inspections and will produce effective and timely reports and KPI’s.

 

Attending all building inspections as required, you will raise all issues found with the client for life cycle replacement as well as completing a pre-move in visit to ensure the property is suitable for allocation.

 

In addition, you will be expected to raise all follow up works on the CAFM system, update all building registers and complete inspection of Void properties to check for damage.

 

In order to be successful in this role, you should have knowledge of maintenance works for domestic properties and will be proficient in prioritising timescales for workload, PPM and helpdesk.  With GCSE/NVQ or equivalent in both Maths and English, you should be proficient in Word, Excel and email, with Helpdesk CAFM software an advantage.  It is also important that you know how to communicate professionally with customers, client and other member of staff/operatives.
