HGV Trailer Customer Services Specialist - Trafford Park, Manchester

Up to £19,000 with bonus potential of 15%

Our client employs staff at more than 70 locations and at more than 50 maintenance facilities throughout 16 European countries. Their employment opportunities are diverse and available at a variety of locations.

The Role:

The successful HGV Trailer Customer Service Specialist will have excellent communication skills, be well organised and have the motivation to deliver great customer service to our client’s customers.
You will be great with dealing with customers and colleagues over the telephone, reliable, organised and looking for a long term role with a large company.
In return we offer 26 days holiday, a great bonus scheme and other benefits.
You will come from a customer service background, where you have a proven track record of supporting customers and colleagues over the phone. You will also have some technical knowledge on either HGVs or HGV Trailers.
The role is 45 hours per week, 08:00am:17:00pm/ 09:00am:18:00pm and offers 26 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
