Are you a Customer service specialist with Help-desk experience? Then this is the role for you.You will be the main point of contact for all enquiries and dealing with calls and emails whilst supervising and motivating two others in the team.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy department in a helpline capacity and possibly from a facilities/maintenance support role

The Job

  • To be the main point of contact for all tenant/contractor/client enquiries
  • Dealing with all calls in a timely manner
  • Liaise with property, finance and account managers in other teams
  • Monitor the shared inbox and to follow up queries
  • Ensure all jobs, inspections and reports are logged correctly on the database
  • Ensure all contractors complete jobs within the agreed timescale and logged
  • To regularly update tenants on work status
  • To accurately close all jobs and update database
  • To update quality assurance records


Skills and Experience:

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Able to multi-task
  • Lateral thinker and problem solver
  • Team player
  • Computer literate in all aspects of Microsoft Office
