Description

The role: Head of Sales with a salary of circa £50k home-based. You will be Leading and Managing the team of National Account Managers who will also have their own sales targets to achieve. With this being such a senior role the candidates MUST:

- Have a proven track record of field sales with a background of selling NVQ's / Apprenticeship schemes
- Be able to demonstrate High Billing
- Demonstrate an understanding of Government Funding
- Be able to lead by example with Sales
- Experience of managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be target driven and hungry to succeed
- Be happy to travel extensively
- car owner

We would expect the successful candidate to come from a training company having previously sold funded / non funded training into businesses in the public / private sector.
