Our client, a Bedford business specialising in managed print services and work flow solutions, are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Head of Accounts based at their Head Office in Bedford.
Responsible for all aspects of the company accounts, a sound working knowledge of Sage Line 50 is essential.
Key Skills & Duties will include:
• Credit Control
• VAT Return
• Bank Reconciliation/Invoice Financing
• Monthly Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger
• Producing Monthly Management Accounts
• Year End Closures (Taxation experience would be an advantage)
• Monthly Payroll for approx.13 employees & other varied duties.
The successful candidate will be flexible, self-confident and a strong team player and must be able to take full responsibility of running the accounts office.
Sage Line 50 is essential.
