We have a fantastic opportunity available for a highly motivated individual, with a passion for customer service, to join our clients Reservations team in Preston.
Reporting to the Customer Service manager the role will include but not be exclusive to:
Taking a high volume of inbound telephone enquiries
Securing bookings for guests
Welcoming guests upon arrival
Assisting guests on a day to day basis;
Making outbound calls to future guests to assist with the booking of leisure activities and treatments
Adhering to company sales targets
Working as part of a busy and successful team
As the ideal candidate for this role, you will have an excellent telephone manner and enjoy working within a predominately telephone based, customer service environment. You will have good communication skills and demonstrate a genuine passion for helping others.
Full and part time roles are available for suitable candidates!
Part Time (minimum 34 hours over 4 days) and Full Time (42 hours over 5 days) opportunities available to cover a variety of shift patterns including weekends, mid-week, early mornings and evenings. Our client is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, from 8am to 9pm - Monday and Friday, 8am to 8pm Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
