Graduate ITSM/Cherwell Administrator - Lookers - Manchester -

Salary Up to £21,000!

The Role:

As our Graduate ITSM/Cherwell Administrator you will join our fantastic IT team based in our Head Office in Manchester. You will be tasked with developing the current ITSM toolset and aligning its functionality to the maturing ITIL processes across IT Operations.

About you:

· Recent graduate who has obtained 2:1 or higher Degree in 'Software Development' or equivalent degree course.

· Experience using Web Development Technologies (i.e. Javascript, CSS, HTML, PHP etc.).

· Organised, Professional, Methodical, Structured, Team Player, Career Focused and Hungry to Learn.

· Excellent Verbal / Written Communication Skills.
