The hiring Company is a leading name in their specific market and have been expanding at a steady pace over many years, supported by strong fund performance and an ongoing significant increase in AUM.

You are in a junior marketing or junior sales support role, and find the elements of what you do that you enjoy the most are client relations work. You enjoy organising client events and building a relationship with them.

If this is you, then we have the job for you. This role plays a key part within the hiring Company’s broader Sales, Marketing & Client Relations Team (based in the UK and US). The role is focused on the development, servicing and management of key client relationships for the Company’s distribution partners. Whilst primarily focused on supporting client relationships in Europe, this role will be working as part of a team which services client relations around the globe, in all market channels.

Core responsibilities
Build relationships with wholesale and institutional distribution teams throughout Europe.
Act as one of the key contact points in responding to requests including answering market and product related questions and collating/analysing data.
Develop client communications.
Maintain and manage the CRM system.
Assist in the completion of client/prospect RFPs and DDQs.
Collaborate with your colleagues on business wide projects.
Host client visits.

Qualifications and Requirements
Strong academic background or equivalent.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel.
Excellent written and oral communications skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
An ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
