Now, they’re looking for a Graduate Asset Valuer to support their Valuations Team and undertake an exciting training programme.

Your Role: 

As a Graduate Asset Valuer, you will be tasked with supporting ongoing valuation work through a range of research and analysis of industries and machinery. 

Initially, you’ll undertake in-depth training that will see you paired with a qualified Valuer and training in conjunction with them for a 12-18 month period, after which you will work independently on a range of projects. 

Primarily supporting other Valuers, you will complete machinery and equipment appraisals and will be involved in a wide range of industry sectors including leasing, asset based lending and corporate valuations as well as insolvency and restructuring. 

Specifically, your role will include: 

- Cost analysis 
- Used equipment analysis 
- Sector and maintenance programme research 
- Research and analysis for any further aspects that may impact a valuation 
- Travelling regularly across the UK and Europe 

About You: 

To be considered for this superb opportunity, you will need: 

- Experience with data collection or analysis which can be gained through your studies, a professional role or similar 
- A degree or equivalent qualification 
- A good level of IT literacy including a good understanding of Microsoft products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint 
- The willingness and ability to regularly travel throughout the UK and Europe, which on occasion may include long days or overnight stays, in particular with European travel 
- A full, clean driving licence 

Fluency in a second language, in addition to English, would be beneficial to your application. An interest in machinery and process engineering would also be an advantage.
