This utilities company is recruiting for a Gas Technical Administrator for their Rochdale office.

Tasks/Job Spec:
- Processing and Completion of MPRN's upon Gas Design approval.
- Liaising with clients to gain Postal addresses for schemes going through approval process.
- Logging of Non-Contestable Payments
- Monitor provision of Free Issue Smart Metering.
- Assisting Gas department with MPRN process.
- Liaising with clients, utility companies to progress design activities.
- Processing client communications and technical filing on to business systems
- Overseeing Gas Connection Procedures Log.
- Perform general administration duties to include but not limited to photocopying, scanning, mailing and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
- The role holder may from time to time be required to undertake reasonable additional or other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the business.
- Assisting Gas Engineers with raising of Gas Procedures with the relevant Gas Transporters.

Salary ranging from £18,000.00 to £25,000.00 depending on experience.

Person Specification:
- Experienced administrative background.
- A strong communicator across all internal and external stakeholders.
- Positive approach to customer and clients.
- A proactive approach to solving problems and seeking information is required.
- PC Literate with good experience using Microsoft programs including Excel, Word and Outlook
- High quality customer service with a positive approach to all stakeholders
- Dedicated to providing high quality administrative support and project coordination
- A team player with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan to meet tight deadlines to achieve required targets is essential
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
