An excellent opportunity has arisen for a French Speaking Secretary to join a blue chip Financial organisation based in Liverpool Street. The successful candidate will provide admin and secretarial support to the Head of Unit and 4 other team members. This role is paying £31,107.

Responsibilities will include:
* Managing diaries
* Arranging meetings and conference calls
* Welcoming visitors
* Drafting business correspondence
* Preparing presentations and material for meetings
* Making travel arrangements
* Handling expenses
* Screening telephone calls
* Providing general admin support to the team
* Events management

* Skills required include:
* Minimum of 4 years secretarial/Administrative experience
* Typing speed of 55 wpm
* Excellent IT skills including PowerPoint
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Fluent in French both written and verbal
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure
