French Speaking Payroll Specialist needed for global organisation in Manchester. This is a brilliant opportunity for you to be heavily involved in a technical project in which external payrolls are brought in house.
As the Payroll Specialist, you will report to the Payroll Manager and work alongside a friendly and knowledgeable team to run multiple payrolls around Europe to include France, Germany and the UK. You will work with an outsourced provider to provide accurate and timely payment of wages to 4000+ employees whilst assisting with continuous improvements to the processes and procedures for increased quality and efficiency. You will work directly with the Payroll and HR Shared Services Manager to liaise with the French Head Office to bring the payroll in house.
To be successful in this role you will need to have international payroll processing experience and be fully up to date on recent rules and legislation. You must be a fluent French speaker and ideally you will have worked within a shared service centre environment. You will have good Microsoft Excel skills (v look ups, pivot tables) and you will be a logical thinker who works well amongst a team.
You will receive a competitive salary of up to £30000+ for a 37.5 hour working week and excellent benefits.
