Elevation Business Support are currently supporting a key client with the recruitment of a Fleet & Despatch Co-ordinator, for a growing manufacturing business based in Sheffield.
The successful applicant will be required to organise transport of all despatches, alongside organising the Site Engineer's diaries including any flights, hotels and allowances. You will be a self-motivated organiser, with good communication skills, with the ability to prioritise accordingly.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities;
-Liaising with the customer prior to delivery/install to make sure payment before despatch has been received and any customer provided equipment has been arranged -The ability to make last minute changes to planning of up to 4 installation teams and 3 service engineers -Create Risk Assessments and method statements for all site installations -Occasional customer/site visits - transport will be provided -Maintaining the vehicle fleet (service, MOT etc.) -Continuous observation of the vehicle fleet trackers - Booking accommodation for the Engineering team
