Prodigium Group are working in partnership with a Financial Planning firm just outside the city centre to hire a Financial Services Administrator.

The firm currently is looking to bring the right person in to add to existing team which has over 60 years of experience within financial planning.

General Duties will include - 

  • Meet and greet clients
  • Fielding calls from Clients and Providers and dealing with queries
  • Diary management and appointment making
  • Opening post
  • Filing / Scanning
  • Making up first call packs for Advisers
  • Sending out Letters of Authority and tracking information, then preparing the audit sheets for the Advisers
  • Preparing Review Packs for Advisers together with monthly Client Reviews – obtaining valuations and preparing valuation reports
  • Scanning invoices / bank statements for book keeper
  • Ordering stationery for office

 

The ideal candidate would have:

• Over 2 years' experience working within a Financial Planning firm

• Good technical knowledge within Pensions, Investments and Wealth Management

• Able to provide administrative support to Paraplanners

• Currently or previously worked with Wealth Management administration

• Familiar with Intelligent Office, Adviser Office, FE Analytics or IRESS

• Ability to prepare client valuations/reviews

 

This role has excellent links to the road and rail networks so is easily accessible and offers a starting salary of between £18,000 - £21,000 with plenty of room to progress and develop.
