Elevation Business Support are currently recruiting for an experienced Financial Administrator to work for a key client in the region. This temporary contract is to start as soon as possible and requires someone who has previous practical work experience within a financial services environment.

Working for a team of Advisors you will be responsible for supporting the team with all aspects of general administration. You will support processing new and existing business, liaise with product providers and occasional clients to handle any queries and chase quotes and illustrations. You will ensure all correspondence is processed accordingly whilst keeping the client database up to date.

Candidates must have experience working within a FSA regulated environment ideally within another IFA practice where you have had experience administering products.

Key Accountabilities:
- A background in the professional / financial services industry is essential
- Experience working within a fast paced team; working to deadlines whilst providing a high level of administrative support
- Direct communication with all team members
- Experienced liaising with a broad range of High Net Worth Clientele; internal Advisors and Providers
- Chasing outstanding documents and information
- You may be required to carry out additional duties within your skill set and competence as and when the company requires
- Maintaining reports and correspondence with efficient use of the in house CRM tools
- You will display effective interpersonal skills; be self-motivated; plan and organise efficiently in order to manage your own work load and colleagues expectations
- Immediately available and happy to commit to a long term temporary vacancy
