The Campaign and Product Graduate provides support to the Campaign and Product Manager, in particular in the areas of pricing, system setup, administration, controls and reporting for campaigns, products and dealer incentives.
Pricing of campaigns and products in accordance with company profitability objectives, commercial objectives and brand requirements.
Implementation of campaigns and products accurately and to the required timescales. This includes setup of product sheets, working with the pricing and dealer services teams to ensure they are set up on FCA Automotive Services systems, and system testing prior to 'go live' to identify and rectify any issues.
Efficient administration and filing of all documentation relating to campaigns and products in line with the relevant procedure to ensure that control and audit requirements are met.
Review and approve advertising and marketing materials, ensuring that they comply with the legal finance requirements as laid out by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Consumer Credit Act.
Reporting and analysis to support campaign and product performance, including the provision of routine and ad hoc reporting, maintenance of a database of competitor offers, and input into the annual marketing plan.
To assist line manager with their specific departmental FCA responsibilities and to adhere to the FCA regulations and requirements.
To assist line manager with Internal Control requirements, including ensuring procedures are up to date, that controls are performed when due, and that results are entered into the online tool.
Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.
