Finance Transformation Manager

This leading International healthcare business seeks an experienced Finance Transformation consultant to lead an ambitious change programme across their European businesses.

A series of recent acquisitions pre-pandemic now need expertise to integrate intro a group structure, rolling out consistent accounting and finance process, implementing SAP in each country, establishing new teams, training and development, creating a play book for future acquisitions. This is a key role reporting into the group CFO and you will be working with small teams in different European countries

Essential skills and experience
- Fully qualified accountant
- Track record of similar projects delivering change in finance teams across multiple sites
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience of SAP implementations
- Ability to build effective relationships quickly
- Collaborative style and approach
- Strong influencing skills
- Extensive travel (restrictions allowing) across Europe will be required, but initially remote working
- Some healthcare experience useful but not essential
