As a Finance Team Leader with the MSXI Global Group you will be responsible for managing the Operational finances for the Warwick Office, while managing the local accounts team.
The role will involve direct involvement in and supervision of the AR, Credit Control, AP and Local Treasury functions, as well as supporting the Financial Controller in managing the other finance functions and during the month end close process.
The Team Leader will be responsible for producing specific reports on a monthly basis, and as requested by the Financial Controller.
Manage, motivate and develop the finance team
Manage cash flow forecasting
Manage Accrual and Prepayment Processes
Liaise with internal stakeholders to raise sales invoices
Supervision of the Accounts Payable process
Reporting on and management of Credit Control
Finance Qualifications are preferable
Experience with JDE and Focal Point accounting systems is a benefit.
Ability to meet tight deadlines is essential given the necessity of timely month end reporting
Good leadership capacity with the ability to coach, motivate and lead others.
You will need to be confident in liaising with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and solve problems.
Working Pattern and location:
37.5 hours Monday – Friday
